Unmapped is a music collective, founded in Paris and active since 2007. Dedicated to exploring new forms of musical writing and improvisation, Unmapped has been imagined as a laboratory, focusing its attention on the most advanced technology and human interactivity. As a flexibly sized ensemble, Unmapped is constituted by eleven permanent members from all over the world, composers and instrumentalists at the same time. Under various forms, Unmapped has taken part in concerts, festivals, performances, interactive installations and other music and digital arts events in France, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece and the U.S.
